Jennifer Koss and Blair Koss
Co-Founders and Managing Partners, iKoss Consulting
Born and raised in Wilson, NY, Jen is the daughter of a retired Air Force General. She has held several positions in the information technology field and became a business process specialist at the age of 25 by undertaking an IT system conversion for Y2K. As an independent process management and design consultant with four full project life cycles under her belt, Jen led multiple major change initiatives including an HR/Payroll implementation effort for a global corporation with more than 100,000 employees and a $3 billion payroll. In 2011, Jen co-founded iKoss Consulting with her husband and business partner, Blair. She enjoys mid-century modern design and decorating, and is past president of the Chautauqua County, NY North Shore Arts Alliance. Jen received a M.S. in Computer Education from the State University of New York College at Fredonia and a B.S. in Business Administration from Roberts Wesleyan College.
Blair grew up in a small Ohio farming town, the youngest of four children. His entrepreneurial spirit developed early when Blair owned and operated a Lil’Orbits Mini Donuts machine at the age of 14. Throughout his 20-year career in enterprise wide technology projects, he has played a key role in business case realization and management of more than $300 million in project resources. Blair has held senior systems design positions at some of the industry’s most respected companies including Northrup Grumman and Lockheed Martin. As a Principal Consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Technology Assimilation Practice, he led five Fortune 100 companies through major systems integration and organization change efforts. After his nine year career as an independent business case consultant, Blair co-founded iKoss Consulting with his wife, Jen. He supports his Westfield, NY community through volunteer efforts with the Westfield Development Corporation and chamber of commerce. Blair received a B.S. in Production Operations from The Ohio State University.
