Co-founder/CEO – Designated Drivers of Buffalo
Michael Mulé is the Co-founder and CEO of Designated Drivers of Buffalo. He has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry where he identified a need for people to get their vehicles and themselves home safely after a night out that included drinking. In October of 2008 Designated Drivers of Buffalo was launched with the specific mission of resolving this need, and to eliminate drinking and driving in WNY. Since them Michael has grown the company to over 50 part-time employees and in 2010 opened a second location in Rochester NY. He recently graduated from the 2013 University of Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership program.
Designated Drivers of Buffalo (DDoB)
Designated Drivers of Buffalo is a company intended to address the problem of drinking and driving prevention by driving customers home in the comfort and convenience of their own vehicles. It is done by dispatching a team of two uniformed drivers, one who drives the customer in his or her vehicle while the other follows to the drop off location. In addition to their On-Demand transportation service, they offer corporate accounts to protect local business employees, and Special Event services that places teams of drivers on site for events such as corporate parties, weddings, and golf outings.
